Payroll Clerk


One of our distinguished clients is looking for a Payroll Assistant to join their Finance Department on a Full Time Basis, to make sure pay-checks are received on time. The selected individual should have a minimum of A`Level standard in Accounting/Payroll, ideally has related working experience in the same role, is highly organised and has the ability to prioritize and respect deadlines, English & Maltese speaking are a must! Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to; collection and checking time-sheets for accuracy, verification of timekeeping records, recording of payroll data on a software system, altering of tax statuses, and preparation of reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes and deductions. On the job training is provided, however eagerness and enthusiasm to learn are a must!
