International Sales Executive
International Sales Executive – Indian Market This position plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will be responsible for brokering deals about electronic components, strongly focusing on the Indian market due to our strong customer network in India. The ideal candidate must be well versed in the process of prospecting, servicing, developing, and nurturing the deals with clients. Responsibilities: • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options with a strong focus on India. • Sell products by establishing contact by phone and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. • Record all steps of deals using BITRIX. • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. • Working closely with colleagues and management to provide clients with most efficient and professional service possible • Maximizing all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in increased market share globally • Executing Marketing and Business Development strategies effectively. • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks. Requirements: • A Master degree in Business/Engineering/Industry-related field is mandatory, while further studies will also be embraced. • The applicant must possess knowledge of at least 3 years’ experience through studying, working or living in India. • Fluency in English and intermediate level of knowledge in Indian languages (mainly Hindi and Tamil) • Basic knowledge of German is preferred to cooperate with the partner company and to work with customer in Germany. • Previous experience in handling multiple sales and maintaining a pipeline is highly advantageous. • The applicant must be proficient in BITRIX CRM platform, General and Customized. • Knowledge of Marketing, Quality Management and Production Plan and Control are necessary. • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. • Understanding of the company’s vision and mission; and its position in the market • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work across boundaries with partner companies for completion of work and projects. • Persuasive and goal-oriented • Customer-oriented mindset. • Good sense of identifying customers’ needs and be able to provide answers/solutions with high accuracy. • Must be able to function in a team environment.
