Crm Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES Managing the promotional calendar, ensuring that all and campaigns are delivered on time and to high standard, Ordering translations for multiple languages, Setting up and executing send-outs of emails, SMS, OMS and other content types in collaboration with other teams based on product marketing plans, Setting up A/B tests for Email, SMS and OMS (on-site messaging system) send-outs as and when requested, Creating, requesting and handling customer lists and ensuring correct segmentation, Evaluating and reporting on email, SMS and OMS send-outs, Mastering the use of available CRM tools, Suggesting new, more effective campaigns and CRM activities, Ensuring flawless quality on all tasks handled, Testing promotions on multiple devices, Preparing materials and workshops for knowledge sharing, Carrying out other tasks as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in the setup of Casino or Sportsbetting promotions, Experience with back-office systems, CRM tools, e-marketing tools etc, Ability to work on own initiative, Basic HTML knowledge is an asset, Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Great eye for details.
