A well established client of ours is looking for an ‘Administrative Clerk‘ to join their team on a Full Time Basis. What do you need? - Have an A`Level standard of education in Accounts, minimum. - Have proficient fluency in Maltese & english, including other relevant experience (s) and/or qualifications in the field. - Sense of commitment, dedication & loyalty; Responsibilities: - Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure a well stocked office - The main handling of incoming telephone calls, general email duties, filing, scanning, handling reservations, and other duties which may deem necessary from time to time.
